I enjoyed the beautiful garden and the spacious, clean rooms with fantastic views. The staff were very helpful, and the on-site restaurant served an excellent breakfast that brightened my mornings.

The family's experience was made special by the spacious, clean Family Double Room with a lovely garden view. The outdoor environment was serene, nice for enjoyable walks with the children. The staff proved to be accommodating, particularly when our kids wanted to interact with the friendly horses!

The only downside was the occasional noise from nearby activities.

Just a well-suited match for a rapid stop in Armenia with very good value for money. The layout of the hotel was nice, with spacious rooms and pretty gardens. Make sure to brush up on your Spanish to communicate better with the staff.

The lack of 'Do Not Disturb' signs affected privacy, as housekeeping entered without notice, and the room phones didn't function in the rain. Despite the fine views, the disorganization in room service needs improvement.

I loved how close this place was to the mall for dining options as well as Recuca, just a short drive away. The rooms were spacious and provided fine views of the garden.

The room was spacious and clean with a great big bed. We loved the beautiful views and the outdoor shower was a refreshing touch. It had a nice feel overall, but the cleaning product smell was a bit strong at times. The decor was modern and everything seemed well maintained, nice for a relaxing stay.

Our family particularly loved the spacious rooms and the serene environment surrounded by nature. The kids were thrilled with the horses and enjoyed a lovely breakfast with wonderful fresh options.

In my wife's opinion, more dining options for kids would be great.

We had a blast here! The rooms were spacious and super comfy. The views were great, too! Nice weather helped us enjoy the nearby mall and its cool restaurants. The only thing was the restaurant on-site, it wasn't that excellent.

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful hotel, with great facilities and a perfect location. The room was verynice and neat, and we loved the outdoor shower surrounded by lush greenery. The hotel staff were great, and room service was quick and efficient. The pool had fine views, and we enjoyed the birdwatching opportunities on the hotel. It was also very convenient being close to the airport.

So, we spent our Christmas in this hotel. The weather was perfect. The views from our room were stunning and we could enjoy them all day long. Also, the beds were really good and comfortable and we had plenty of room to rest and relax. Another thing we liked was the restaurant located nearby which offered a good variety of meals.

We were pretty disappointed with some aspects of the hotel. Firstly, the amenities were not that great. The shampoo and soap were not of good quality and it didn't feel very nice to use them. Secondly, the Wi-Fi was spotty, and we had trouble staying connected. The biggest issue we had was with the pool. It needed some maintenance and didn't seem to be cleaned regularly. we wouldn't recommend this hotel as we didn't have a good experience.

Had a great time during my Easter holiday at this hotel. the scenery was breathtaking, surrounded by beautiful gardens and horses roamed freely around the area. the staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, and they had a great restaurant that served delicious local foods. A perfect location for exploring nearby attractions such as coffee plantations and nature reserves. I really enjoyed the spacious and clean rooms with large comfortable beds. the free shuttle service to nearby airports and attractions was definitely a plus.

The wifi connection was spotty and unreliable, making it difficult to stay connected with loved ones. I also found that the shower amenities could have been better quality.
